AcreRelay provides communication tools for long-term RV parks, campgrounds, and similar communities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
This policy is written in plain English. It should be reviewed as AcreRelay grows and as legal or regulatory requirements change.
AcreRelay is currently in beta. Features and workflows may change as we improve the service with operator feedback.

Billing and payment processing may be handled by Stripe. AcreRelay does not intentionally store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect and process billing information according to its own policies and agreements.
Rent payment information:
If rent collection is enabled for an account, AcreRelay may store rent charge records, payment link status, selected payment method, Stripe identifiers, online payment fee audit fields, manual payment notes, and related payment history needed for support, reconciliation, compliance, and abuse prevention. Stripe handles hosted payment processing details, connected-account onboarding, bank/card payment details, and payouts according to Stripe's own policies and agreements.
Technical information:
We may collect basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as login activity, error logs, browser or device information, IP addresses, and usage activity.
We use information to:
Authorized AcreRelay support and admin personnel may access account and messaging data only as needed to provide support, troubleshoot issues, operate the service, maintain security, and investigate abuse.
AcreRelay customers are responsible for the tenant/contact information they enter into the service. Customers are also responsible for having the right to contact their tenants and for obtaining any required consent before sending SMS or email messages.
AcreRelay provides tools to help track SMS opt-in and opt-out status, but the customer remains responsible for using those tools properly and complying with applicable laws, carrier rules, and messaging policies.
AcreRelay may use service providers such as Twilio, Postmark, Stripe, hosting providers, and similar vendors to operate the service. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver messaging, billing, hosting, or support functions.
SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS data may be used only to provide and support the messaging service requested by the end business and the recipient.
Resident phone numbers and SMS consent records are stored securely in AcreRelay and are not shared across unrelated businesses or used for purposes other than delivering the messaging service the resident consented to receive.
We do not sell tenant lists or customer contact lists.

Exception — SMS opt-in data: Notwithstanding the general data-sharing categories above, SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. This applies regardless of any other data-sharing arrangement described in this policy. SMS consent records are used only to support the delivery of the messaging service the recipient agreed to receive.
AcreRelay may retain account, tenant, billing, and communication records while an account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation or deletion request. Communication records may be retained to support customer records, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and service integrity.
This includes tenant SMS and email communication records stored in the platform as part of operational message history.
AcreRelay is still developing its long-term retention and deletion policies. Customers may contact support@acrerelay.com with privacy or deletion questions.
SMS and email delivery can be delayed, filtered, blocked, or fail due to carrier, mailbox, provider, spam-filter, or network conditions. Delivery status events are useful signals, but they do not guarantee a recipient saw a message on their device or in their inbox.
AcreRelay should not be relied on as the only method for emergency or life-safety communications.
Rent and payment collection tools are available only where enabled for an account. Operators use these tools to create rent requests, send payment links, review payment status, and export payment records.
Where rent collection is enabled, property operators remain responsible for rent amounts, refunds, disputes, lease terms, late fees, and bookkeeping records. AcreRelay is not accounting software, a bank, or a property manager. Online payment fees may be shown before checkout and may include processing costs plus AcreRelay margin. Card payments and ACH/bank payments may have different timing, fees, and failure or return behavior.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect customer and tenant information from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.

AcreRelay is intended for business use by campground, RV park, and community operators. It is not intended for children.
