AcreRelay respects your right to request deletion of personal data associated with your account or your use of our services.

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at:

support@acrerelay.com

Please include the following in your request:

• Your name
• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• Your business or property name, if applicable
• A short note saying you are requesting data deletion

What happens after your request

After receiving your request, we will verify the request and delete or anonymize applicable personal data unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.

We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.

Meta / Facebook-related data

If you connected to AcreRelay through a Meta or Facebook feature, you may request deletion of any related data by emailing support@acrerelay.com with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request."
