AcreRelay came from a real long term park, not a conference room. The same pain showed up every month: personal phone messages, rent reminders, resident records, and urgent notices all scattered across too many places.

I built AcreRelay while running my own long term RV park from my phone. The communication was chaos.

Group texts were out. They expose every resident's number to everyone else, and half my tenants had no interest in that. The ones who did not care would send off topic replies and the useful ones would mute the thread. So I was texting residents one at a time. Every rent reminder. Every park notice. Every individual update. One by one.

I also needed records. Long term parks have disputes. A tenant says they paid. You say you did not receive it. Without documentation, you have a problem and no way to prove anything. I needed every message and every payment request to have a trail.

Then there was the login problem. I tried other tools. Tenants could not get in. Password resets, app downloads, verification codes. These are not hotel guests with corporate email accounts.
